One click, and every new receipt is in your table.
The n8n workflow reads new invoices from your receipts folder, uses AI to tell incoming from outgoing invoices, and writes date, partner, category and amounts to a CSV file on your computer. Receipts it has already captured are skipped; uncertain ones are flagged for review.

Windows PC
Windows 10 or 11, 8 GB RAM, administrator rights and virtualization enabled (for WSL 2). On company PCs your IT may need to approve. Power BI Desktop is only available for Windows.

Free for small businesses. n8n runs inside it.

Your own API key. The workflow uses a low-cost model, approx. 1 cent per receipt or less (not binding).

Your receipts stay with you.
n8n, the CSV file and the dashboard run on your computer. Your originals are only read, never changed.
Only for recognition is each receipt sent to OpenAI, using your own key and your own account. WorconIQ never sees your receipts. Even during setup via screen sharing we work with the test receipts, and you enter your key yourself.
Do I need programming skills?
No. The guide walks you through every step, from installation to the first run.
What does it cost to run?
Only your OpenAI usage, billed through your own account. The workflow uses a low-cost OpenAI model; as of today that is approx. 1 cent per receipt or less, depending on the number of pages. This figure is not binding: OpenAI sets its prices and may change them at any time. A monthly limit in your OpenAI account caps your costs. No subscription with WorconIQ.
Does it replace my bookkeeping?
No. The package gives you an overview of income and expenses. It is neither bookkeeping nor tax advice.
How do I get the package?
You order via the order form and receive an invoice by email. Once payment is received, we unlock the download in your client account on worconiq.de. The offer is for businesses only.
What if I get stuck during setup?
Write to office@worconiq.de. If you would rather not set it up yourself at all, choose the package with setup. Further support is billed by effort.
Is the package available in English?
The workflow notes, the dashboard and the guide are in German. The workflow itself works with receipts in any language. Questions in English are welcome.
