Chapter 04 IV.

Let's talk.
Directly.

No standard pitch — a concrete 30-minute conversation about your situation. You speak with Christoph, not with a sales team. Free. No obligation.

What happens next

What to expect
after your request.

01

A personal reply.

Within 24 hours you get an email from me — with two or three questions, or a proposed time.

02

A 30-minute
first call.

By video call or phone. We work out whether it fits, what the next sensible step would be — and what it would not be. No obligation.

03

A concrete
proposal.

If it fits, you receive a clearly scoped proposal with a fixed price and a defined deliverable. If it does not, an honest recommendation of where else to look.

Questions upfront

The most common
questions.

If something is not answered here, put it in the form or the email — I will answer concretely.

How quickly will I hear back?

+

Within 24 hours, Monday to Friday. The reply comes from me directly — no auto-responders, no pre-sales tickets. If you need a particular time window, just say so in the message.

Is the first call really free?

+

Yes. 30 minutes, free, no obligation. If it turns out we are not a fit, that is a result too. I do not waste my time pitching — or yours.

What should I prepare for the first call?

+

Ideally: three sentences about your situation, one concrete problem or plan, and — if you have one — a rough idea of your tech stack. Nothing more is needed. If things are still unclear, that is a good starting point too.

Do you work outside Hamburg?

+

Yes, across Germany. The work runs mostly remote — kick-offs, workshops and handovers gladly on site, with transparent travel costs (a flat €600 plus travel).

Can you handle implementation, not just the concept?

+

Yes, as guided implementation. The focus is on concept and blueprint — in the standard model the productive build stays with you. In guided formats (phase 2) I build alongside your team. Pure implementation without a concept is not my business.
